(日本語) こんにちは、理学療法と鍼灸治療クリニックのJ-CLINIC佐藤です。その後は、サーブとスマッシュを打つときは痛くて右腕が上がらない、さらに痛みでボールを打ち返すのも辛くなったため、レッスンを休んで来院されました。痛みの一番の原因は、オーバーユース（肩の使い過ぎ）。また、サーブを打つときに肩に負担のかかるフォームだったことも痛みを引き起こした原因でした。
